  3. How much do you agree with the following statement? “When I have problems with my remote purchases, the company is able to satisfactorily resolve the issue through customer service.”

Regarding CyberDay:

How much do you agree with the following statements?

  1. The offers from events like “CyberDay” are real, and I value them.
  2. During events like “CyberDay,” the channels are coordinated to provide optimal service.

Regarding after-sales, how easy do you consider it to be to carry out the following actions after purchasing during “Cyber” events?

  1. Making an exchange or return.
  2. Tracking a request or complaint.
